Choose the "Start with Previous" option if you have multiple animations and want the rectangle to begin rotating at the same time as the other animations. The menu's default option, "On Click," tells PowerPoint to start the animation when you click the mouse. These options allow you to determine when your animation starts in relation to other slide events if the slide has multiple events.
